dist-git tests are running on a new cluster

Hello CI users,

We'd like to inform you that your dist-git tests are now running on a new
cluster [1] -- in Testing Farm. The old cluster [2] is still around, but
doesn't run any tests now.

This change should be completely transparent for most of you. However, we
are aware that there are some inconsistencies [3]. So if you encounter any
problems, please let us know [4].
