I've copied over the ansible survey[0] and added you as a collaborator.
Please tweak it as needed. I've also added Adam as a collaborator so
that he can make other classroom specific tweaks if needed. (I tagged
you in the ticket, so you should've received a notification[1])

The forms provide us with the analysis already, as the feedback comes
in. We don't need to do much.

We'd opened the form towards the end of the classroom session and
provided the attendees with the link, and we'd closed the form 24 hours
after the classroom session had ended.
