At least from the U.S. the least expensive way to do it is Western Union direct to a bank account. That's ~$8 for the fee. For U.S. U.K. Australia, CurrencyFair is cheap but not a fast process. TransferWise is in the same category, but services a bunch of other countries.

@jberkus did you do this Western Union reimb. with your RH CC. I have been told that WU is blocked for usage.
RH has a process. It is paypal. Fedora is looking for other options. I have been talking to Kushal about it offline.

It is 2AM here in India, and I finally managed to import our cloud trac
into pagure at [1] :) Feel free to update the tickets as you want.
