Best way to assemble vm images

Hi,

When building on a f19 system, is appliance-creator still the best way to build F19 qcow2
images or should I be using something else? 

I am running into quite a few bugs in the latest version of appliance-creator on F19 and
am
curious what is being used to build the official Fedora cloud images.
