Well, the cloud-init native way does sound better. I didn't realize actual
support for that in F18 was so near to actually possible. Maybe it's better
to chalk it up to being a learning experience and move on? :)
No reason to throw anything away, though. It's always good to have
options. Also, kernel 3.8 will probably never land in RHEL 6 so it's
good to have an initramfs option in EPEL, too.
