logrotate and tmpwatch to avoid filling up the disks.
The second for the /tmp-on-real-disk case, I suppose. But it doesn't fit
the idea of 'minimal', to me.
tar and rsync because they're small useful for provisioning
systems.
Useful enough to be in the minimal install?
