Yeah, that's good feedback. Some of it is more "charter" than
"governance".
Under the membership section, you don't have anything regarding
what
happens if you have a member relinquish their seat. I added the
following to the Workstation draft. Just an FYI:
*nod* I think that partly depends on whether we want to follow the election
or appointee model.
