cloud sig meeting time and dst

Soooo if there wasn't enough confusion over moving the meeting time....
Daylight Saving Time is now over in the US. Is it more convenient to keep at
the 14:00 UTC time, which is 9am EST and 6am PST, or should we move it back
to 15:00 UTC? OpenStack folks, I'm looking at you in particular. :)

Hi Matthew,

Can I ask a favour? An ics event invitation for this would be really 
useful to enable me to add it to my calendar and actually attend 
sometime. Could you send one of those out? (if it's not appropriate for 
the cloud SIG, then to cloud-strategy internally, but I can't see why 
it'd be an issue on the Fedora list).

Since no one replied, I'm arbitrarily picking the later time.

No particular agenda.

I've been working on image building, cloud-init, and looking at what goes in
the @core group.
