SIG Page could use some love

Hey all,

Looking for a spot to put up the test page for Atomic for next week, and
noticing that our "what we're working on" is way out of date:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Cloud_SIG#What_we.27re_working_on

We should probably revisit the page and make it more closely reflect
reality.

For instance, are we still working on any of these things?

- BoxGrinder
- Aeolus Conductor
- OpenNebula
- Eucalyptus 3
- Sheepdog
- Pacemaker-Cloud
- HekaFS

Anybody want to take first crack at this?

We should not use use HekaFS as it is not maintained any more in Fedora, 
we can use GlusterFS in place of it, as HekaFS was based on GlusterFS.
