After some discussions with mattdm and sgallagh about the cloud base

have it stay as owned by the Atomic WG so here is what I would like to
- Have the cloud base image owned by a CLOUD SIG
- Mainly members of the old CLOUD WG that care about the cloud

- Create a new pagure issue tracker for the cloud sig.
Count me in for CLOUD SIG!
I had also toyed around with splitting out the atomic working group
into a new mailing list atomic(a)fp.o and a new IRC channel #fedora-atomic
but I'm not sure if that is necessary. I think as long as we have a
separation of ownership (mainly different issue trackers) then that
should take care of some of the issues.
+1. We can continue with cloud(a)fp.o and
Just another thought jumped in my mind:
We have lots of wikis with *Cloud* namespace. What about that?
Do we want to create wikis with *Atomic* namespace as well? I'm not
sure if this can be the best solution.
If yes we need people to volunteer for that.
