We can not change the one we shipped at GA, you canb try grabbing the latest
nightly build from the atomic testing tree
http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/
alt/atomic/testing/23-20160528/Docker/x86_64/ it has the latest stable bits in
Fedora in it and should work just fine.

We opened a ticket for this when it happened originally [1].
The requirements of docker changed over time and thus the images we
released ended up not complying with new rules. We have fixed this in
our image building software. You can use the images Dennis linked or
you can pull from docker hub.
The released images for Fedora 24 won't have this problem unless
docker changes the requirements again.
