The bug has been updated.. Looks like the reporter was using the cloud
image and not the atomic image. I just confirmed Docker is in the
image linked at [1]. So not quite as broken as we first thought :)

Yeah, I'm diappointed that the image 404s (!) but was *really* puzzled
by the not-having-Docker thing.
