Yeah, after thinking about it I agree with this. People will just have to
get used to the idea that "image" means a lot of things, if they aren't
already.
If you are in context of Docker you can safely use Base Image and
Layered Image. If you talk in general, adding "Docker" will bring
you to the right "namespace".
Just to throw a wrinkle in things, when we're talking in the wide world of
Docker where it's not all Fedora (weird, right?) it's probably the "Fedora
Base Image" -- or _maybe_ the "Fedora Docker Base Image".
Do we need a documentation of this somewhere on Fedora Wiki?
