Thanks for responding and trying to help me out. I checked the log and this is the message I'm getting

"Mar  7 14:17:52 cobbler in.tftpd[3322]: tftp: client does not accept options"

Any advice ?

Can you check /var/log/messages on the cobbler server and see if it is
seeing the request for the vmlinuz and initrd? I've seen this happen
when the tftp server is getting permission denied due to selinux.
