Cobbler 3 module in EL8 epel-testing-modular

A cobbler 3 module is now in EPEL8 testing.  You can install with:

dnf --enablerepo=epel-testing-modular module enable cobbler
dnf --enablerepo=epel-testing-modular install cobbler-web

Can you install CentOS8 with Cobbler?

I have with install CentOS 8 using cobbler 2.8x (hadn't tried cobbler 3.x)
