Are there any ideas about using cobbler for rhev? Because of cobblers http/s there are no problems with complex network environments.

Currently RHEV-M does not know about Cobbler.
I can't speak for future RHEV plans, but definitely put a request in with your Red Hat contacts if you are interested in seeing that.
Perhaps there is a RHEV email list where this could be brought up as well.

You can simply use PXE-boot for your RHEV virtuals, and use Cobbler that way. I think that's, at least for now, the way to go.
