Flock bids article - review before Announce + social media

"What we do" - wiki page proposed rewrite

Hey all, I just proposed a quick rewrite of the first section of our wiki article on the Trac ticket (#14). As discussed in CommOps meeting on 2015-12-15 , we would like to cover a metrics overview about the past and current Elections cycle, something on the lines of Pingou's post : http://blog.pingoured.fr/index.php?post/2015/06/29/FESCo-vote-history Some Community Blog related metrics/questions we are currently working on include : 1. Voter turnout related metrics(comparison wrt past Election cycles; Is there a vast silent majority?) 2. Daywise evolution of Number of voters 3. Do people get elected on incumbency?
