Since this morning, I&#39;ve had unreliable Internet in my apartment and can&#39;t maintain a stable connection to IRC. Combined with the adjusted meeting time an hour before when I am still unavailable and in class, I&#39;m not sure if I&#39;ll be able to chair today&#39;s meeting.<br>

In the meanwhile, do we want to shift the meeting time back an hour ahead like it used to be before US Daylight Savings magic? If this time doesn&#39;t work for most people, we may need to select a new time or day.<br>
