LGTM, with one caveat: the Fedora Project Delegation section may be a little premature. This is where we /hope/ to see things go, so perhaps putting some kind of "future" heading on that section, and linking to the etherpad as a work in progress would make sense? Often the wiki is seen as the canonical source of project info, and this Delegation is not a "done deal" yet.

This is solid. Nice work. Mentioning this page conspicuously on the main Commops wiki page would be a good idea too.
