[commops] [Help wanted] CommBlog: "Fedora accepted into GSoC 2018"

Hi CommOps,

We need help to write a new Community Blog (CommBlog) article by Feb. 26
to announce Fedora was accepted as a participating organization to
Google Summer of Code.

This is a great task for someone to get started with. There is an
example to reference from a previous year in the Pagure ticket.
