For clarification, do you mean the next upcoming election period? What
is the deadline you need this answer by? Is it November 7th?

Yes, the next election period, but it is definitely not November 7th but the very end of the elections, when results get published and we start with MIndshare and its first meeting.
Just to clarify, we are not speaking about the 2 seats to be elected. Anyone can run for those two seats, no need to get nominated by the team.
What I'm asking for is the appointed representative who will take the CommOps seat in MIndshare. This will make sure all outreach teams have at least one seat and voice in the MIndshare Comittee.

For the rest of the team, it would be helpful to establish a process for
selecting this representative. I will file a ticket to discuss this at
our next meeting on Monday.

Yeah, not just now, but probably useful also if you want or need to replace your representative.
Cheers.
