Hiya Dolores, and welcome to Fedora CommOps! We're happy to have you
here. :)
Community outreach and diversity efforts are one of the things CommOps
is helping with in Fedora. Eventually, there might be a formal Diversity
working group down the line too, with tatica's recent appointment as the
Diversity Adviser. For me personally, it's really cool to see people
from other distributions and communities join forces to accomplish the
same types of goals. There's so many things we can all help each other
with and that type of cross-community collaboration is what the spirit
of open source is all about.
We're looking forward to having you here in both CommOps and Fedora. If
you have any questions about anything, please feel free to ask either in
IRC or the mailing list at any time. :)
