Fedora
hosted as set up as a way to host projects -- but with the rise of Github,
and now we also have pagure in Fedora, not sure how many projects still
actively use Fedora Hosted.
I wrote a script a few months ago to help answer that question. It
simply grabs the RSS feed of every Fedora Hosted project to see if there
has been any activity (wiki edits, code commits, ticket activity) in the
past N days.

so far this year.
130 out of 664 (19.58%) active Fedora Hosted projects since 2015-01-01
