Hi all,
I stumbled across this article by Sarah Sharp, a former Linux kernel
developer. There was a lot of controversy stirred up after the
explanation of why she left the Linux kernel community, which is also
a
good read if you aren't familiar.
In October, she published an article about what makes a good (and
healthy) open source community. In light of our recent discussion
about
women in computing and the article that we have planned for the
CommBlog, I thought this was a good resource to check out.
