Wiki? Or an etherpad — Fedora doesn't run a server but it's fairly
common to use https://www.piratepad.ca/ or similar. Either way, just a
page that people (including me) update with ideas for upcoming 5tFTW,
and then I'll clear out the ones I use.

I often use http://etherpad.osusol.org, but I think piratepad has a non-broken export function ;)
