[commops] Need quick release and public on community blog "Fedora i18n test day"

Hi Team,

We have i18n test day tomorrow. [1] Due to some other work i did not
able to write this article earlier.
   I just finished draft and moved it to pending review. Its small post,
Basically just need to spread message test day starting from tomorrow.
