jflory7,

You can likely just grab the Outreachy Logo and use that as the Featured image:

I already added the Developer Portal article shortly after our meeting today, but I also converted that blurb about Outreachy to a short blurb on the CommBlog. It just needs a featured image now, as far as I know, before it would be ready for publication.

I'll leave the F23 to someone else to make a summary if they'd like to spearhead that - I imagine at this point it would likely just be trying to shave down the release announcement to a couple of sentences?

Nice work jflory!

I'm directly cc'ing mattdm, whom should be happy to have a trove of
content for this week, and/or next if he'd like.

If you wanted to, you could take each of those blurbs, and add them
individually as drafts on the commblog to front-load our queue?

Looking Forward,

    Hello all,

    Below are some beginning suggestions I had for the next 5tftw
    publication. I'm not sure if we're planning on one for this week since
    it's going to be fairly packed (maybe better reason to definitely do
    one?) but in either case, I believe this content would be good to report
    on for the next publication.

    Fedora 23
    =========
    I think this one is pretty straightforward so I won't do an explanation,
    but I think it might be a good idea to make this a summary of good
    technical changes and good community stuff.

    =======================
    Fedora Developer Portal
    =======================
    On November 2nd, the Fedora Developer Portal [1] was released to the
    public. In short, the portal supports developers working on software
    projects with Fedora or inside a virtual machine. It's a central hub for
    numerous resources to help both new and current developers set up their
    workspaces for new projects. You can read more in the announcement
    post. [2]

    ==========================================
    Fedora Outreachy Application Window Closed
    ==========================================
    On Monday, November 2nd, the Fedora Outreachy internship [3] application
    period officially ended. Fedora was seeking to fill two positions in the
    Project, one to assist on development of the upcoming Fedora Hubs [4]
    web application and another to assist with community operations [5].
    Selection decisions will be posted on November 17th! Best of luck to all
    of our applicants.

    I know this past week's 5tftw had a snippet about Outreachy, so you can
    use your best judgement as to whether or not it should be mentioned
    again this upcoming week.

    I really feel like this is sniping off the obvious, but hopefully it
    serves as a good starter for the upcoming post. Thanks all!
