For reference purposes, I have created a ticket out of this email to 
help keep it on the CommOps agenda. Seems like an awesome set of data to 
pull together and should hopefully provide more insight to some of the 
most important activity in Fedora.

Curious, is there any kind of urgency or deadline for these metrics? For 
now, in the ticket, I specified that it would be good to have it before 
the end of the F23 cycle (i.e. F24 release). However, if there is a 
greater need for this data sooner, we could probably try to make it 
happen much faster.
