I just added a series of minor pull requests for updating content. Among
these, I also proposed a new tree, for Community Operations. Any
feedback would be welcome in the form of comments on these PRs.

Probably we should ask a bit of web tweaking. Translation can not be
made in the middle section, where the different teams/group are showed.
The button for translation is not obvious. Going further down this road
we should make sure landing pages for each team is up to date (I am
those are not up to date) and better if those are also translated to
the latest version. Kind of ask to each team to double check and ask
for help in translation.
Robert Mayr came to FUDCon Managua 2014 and told me that it is possible
to get contributors to web sites that are completely proficient in
English and still they can help a lot in his team. So I change my
perspective from pushing people to improve English skills to make
bridges and ramps for people to contribute. This will help them to
improve their English by given opportunities to practice and a
motivation to sharpen their English.
I agree that some web tweaking could be done to improve the layout for
internationalization and translations. Checking in with the
Internationalization team isn't a bad idea after we evaluate how much
tweaking we want to aim for here.
