I just checked my magical drawer of goodies and we don't have any physical copies left. :-/ I'm attaching the receipt from when we had them printed - it was ~$1400 with tax for 5000 brochures, 1250 of each of the 4 types (if that makes sense.)

The vendor we used was CDL Printing in Westford [1], although they have since moved locations to Gardner MA which is actually quite a hike from here now (maybe 90 minutes?) So we might want to find another vendor if we want to save on shipping (pickup and ship to FAMNA folks from Westford is going to be cheaper than ship to Westford then ship out to elsewhere.)

But as Ryan suggested I'd double-check the content and make sure it's not too out-of-date before printing anything.
