Delaying today's meeting by 30 minutes

Hello all,

As we briefly discussed last week, I wanted to propose shifting the
meeting time in the long-term by 30 minutes. You can see the ticket for
this here:

For today, we will meet at 16:30 UTC instead of 16:00 UTC. Fedocal has
been adjusted to accommodate for this.
