[Minutes] [2016-07-26] Flock workshop, massive wiki reorganization, Mailman JSON bugs, and more

Hi CommOps!

We just closed out our weekly meeting. This week included topics such as 
working on the final details for the Flock workshop (about to happen now 
in #fedora-commops), planning for the future with how we use the wiki 
and what can be done to make it more usable, solving bugs in Mailman and 
Pagure with formatting data for badges, and more! You can read the full 
details below.

One special detail to note! Due to Flock starting next Tuesday, we 
elected to *not* meet next week. Our next meeting will be Tuesday, 
August 9, 2016. Don't forget about the workshop happening on August 4, 
2016. :)
