Login Button in CommBlog

Hey Guys,

I think we should put an option for login in the main nav bar of the blog.
Currently it has 3 options : Home, Categories and Follow.

It would be easier for the contributors to login that way. What do you guys
think ?

I think this ticket that Ryan made last night in the Marketing Trac is 
relevant to this as well. :)

His ticket mainly proposed ditching the WordPress /login.php page in 
favor of going straight to the OpenID login page. I think this would 
definitely be of interest to adding to the CommBlog because I think it 
can be a little confusing as-is for first-time contributors.

Going off of that, I also mentioned it would be nice to have an actual 
"Login" button for the CommBlog. I definitely think it's something we 
should do - +1 from me for adding it to the menu.
