I would give it +1 as AFAIK, only dnf/rpm guys want to test this feature. So,
while doing a global switch in frontend database the 'rpm-software-management'
group could be blacklisted.
Btw., it is tiring to go through all of my projects and disabling one-by-one...

will be used. I'll look closely at what causes the problem in the rawhide
dnf/dnf-plugins-core.
