Copr builder images upgraded to F42

Hello,
over the weekend, I upgraded Copr builder images to Fedora 42. This is the
first set of images built on top of bootc, so it is possible we will hit
some weird edge-case issues. Please let us know if your builds start
unexpectedly failing or behave differently.

The s390x builders are still on F41 but I hope to remediate it in the next
couple of days.

Jirka fixed this issue, so the migration is finished.
