copr-be is down

While the front-end is responsive, any access to copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org times out. status.fedoraproject.org thinks everything is green, perhaps it isn't monitoring copr-be?

Yeah, the backend became unresponsive last night it seems.
I rebooted it this morning and restarted things and it's back up and
processing away again.

status is manually updated when a human knows about a problem and
updates it. That said, also copr is not maintained by the Fedora
Infrastructure team. It has it's own folks and we just provide the place
to run it. In this case it was just a unresponsive cloud instance, but
if it would have been anything deeper, they would have had to deal with
it. I've asked copr maintainers to look into why things became
unresponsive and see if we can prevent it moving forward.
