swig fails to build due to ccache test

Hello,

I was trying to build swig on copr, but
every time ccache tests fail. [1]

I see on Koji swig builds are successful.

Any advice on fixing build process?

Ok I have disabled ccache in my local mock installation,
and now the build is past that failed step. Still building though,
due to swig's monstrous nature.

So is there any way to disable ccache on build host? If not could I request it?

Bringing up the old request. Is it possible to disable ccache for
particular builds?

CCache is disabled on builders.
It does not bring any benefits in our configuration, because VM is usually terminated
after the build.

It was not always, but this change happened months ago IIRC.
