OAuth -- Possible to replace api tokens with this

Hey, some of us in fedora infrastructure have started thinking about using
oauth with our applications.

Ive summarized the latest IRC conversation we had and sent it to the
infrastructure list.  skvidal thought it might be something we'd want to
consider for copr as well (and I agree it could be very interesting to
implement here).  So I thought I'd point out the post.

This is very interesting, thank you. Since Pingou is working with API tokens, this should
primarily be his call, but generally I'm +1. Pingou, what do you think?
