Your builds may get stuck in the pending state due to our migration to Pulp

Hello,
we are way behind our original migration schedule, but the work never
stopped and we finally started migrating existing Copr projects to use Pulp
for storing build results.

Right now, we are starting the following step:
> Migrate all projects
> Migration will be done in alphabetical order by owner name.
> With the exception of Packit projects

as mentioned in our original announcement

Consequently, your builds may temporarily get stuck in the pending state.
At any moment, you can check the `blocked_owners` field in in our config
file to see if you are affected:
