100+ jobs importing, some for 5+ hours

Hello. Is there some copr outage in progress?

There are (close to) 0 running or pending builds, but 100+ builds are being 
imported:

https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/status/importing/

Some of them for many hours.

Thank you for reporting this!  We got async report also on IRC in the meantime.

The problem was that copr-dist-git went out of storage.  I enlarged the volume,
and restarted the service.
