Updated registry location for Fedora CoreOS OSTree Native Container

We have a container that can be used for deriving custom builds of Fedora CoreOS and previously we were hosting it in a temporary location at https://quay.io/repository/coreos-assembler/fcos. We've now completed the migration [1] to its final location at https://quay.io/repository/fedora/fedora-coreos. We have updated all of the examples in the CoreOS Layering Examples repo [2] to use the new location. If you are using this container for any reason please update your references to use the new location. The old location will be removed after October 2022. Announcing FCOS 37 Test Day

This Thursday, September 29, 2022, the Fedora 37 CoreOS Test Day will be happening. The test week is an opportunity for the community to test FCOS based on Fedora 37 content before it is released as part of the testing and stable streams. As part of the Test Day, we'll host a virtual in-person session on Thursday September 29 from 9:30 AM - 11 AM EDT (1:30 PM - 3:00 PM UTC) where you can drop in, ask questions, and get help from members of the Fedora CoreOS team.
