IIRC, this is much the same as the Azure situation[1]: it requires
some legal work to get a Fedora account there before we can start
uploading FCOS. Though unlike Azure, I'm not sure if a request has
been officially made to have that happen. Could you file an issue
upstream similar to [1]? We can use that to track interest and then
track progress on the request.
