Following back up on this discussion. We are following UTC time so
if your locale observes daylight savings time changes the meeting
time may have shifted for you.

Convert 16:30 UTC to your local time to find the meeting time. You
can also use: https://apps.fedoraproject.org/calendar/CoreOS/
