A new vision statement for Fedora

A few years ago, the Fedora Council updated the Fedora mission statement. The result is functional but not particularly inspiring. It talks about what we’re doing, but not much about the why. So, this year, we worked on a new vision statement to serve as the proverbial “banner on a hilltop” that we can use to rally our existing community and to attract new contributors. 3rd party repo policy followup

Hi everyone, A little while ago, the Council very helpfully agreed to update the 3rd party repo policy [1]. There are a couple of followup actions which I wanted to make people aware of, in case they have comments: 1. Updates to the policy wording - see my PR here [2]. 2. A tentative design for the initial setup UI, which users will have to use to enable the 3rd party repos [3]. Just let me know if you have feedback on either of these! clarification to Fedora Planet page

I've updated https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Planet with a couple of small changes * to clarify that we expect Fedora Planet content to relate to Fedora. I hope that's not controversial to anyone. We have had some problems both historically and recently and it consumes considerable resources to deal with, and since I'd like to keep the Planet available this seems like an easy clarification which I hope will hlep.
