And this too is something that we were *planning* to get with Pagure but
which (unless something has changed) we aren't actually at yet. (You need to
be an approved packager already in order to do this.)
It is not *well-documented*, but this already works. Once you have a
FAS account, you can create forks and clone them with HTTPS using the
really-awkward OpenID Connect auth method[1]. You can then commit to
forks and make pull requests. Only SSH-based clones won't work without
packager group ACL.
