Specific comments above aside, I think the intention of the document is
 fairly clear.  The labeling of third party software is paramount to any
 sort of traction and it needs to be clear to a novice user.  I believe the
 Council should focus on the principles around allowing such labeled
 software to be presented in Fedora in our discussions.
