I think Josh did just what we needed to do (there was nothing to discuss),
and IIRC he also got my +1 to support his decision.
Saying he did it individually is not really correct.
The ticket was closed before your +1, after Brian's questions (hence
ongoing discussion.)
But yeah, if you feel there is still stuff to discuss, you can reopen
it.
