I'm going to guess D&I in the text file is Diversity and Inclusion?

I would really really like to see actual numbers from FY16 from all
the regions before we really commit to any percentages based on
historical context. If we cannot get accurate reporting, we cannot do
accurate planning.

Agree with Josh, we need to have accurate reports, and we hopefully can get them.

Also, but probably I missed something, we are planning with 15k for FUDCons, although the wiki still says 10k. [1][2]

I know it's rather difficult to get the event done with 10k and to look for local sponsors for the rest, but we should clarify this better and fix also the wiki if needed. I'm also not sure if we should plan 15k directly, or do something in the middle (12.5k?) and see if FUDCons need more. Travelling within APAC is much cheaper than in LATAM, where flights are very very expensive and in the last years the organizers have almost spent the whole budget for travel funds. Maybe we should consider this too?
