I don't understand the difference here.  It is still a separate set of
 install media, and even the labs page calls it a spin.  See the
 "Installing" section at the bottom of the labs page.

So is this a new Spin, or a comps addition?  I have no idea what is
 actually being requested other than calling it "labs" instead of "spin".
