State and future of FLOCK bids? I know it is early, but at least put
together in which direction we are going to go for next year?

I think that should go with FY18 budget submissions as it will help
any bidders to know what ball park they have to work on. [From 2 boxes
behind the Trump Taj Mahal to Disneyworld in August.]

I think it needs a separate topic. There have been discussions around
the purpose of Flock, where we want to take it, and how can we do
that. Not just "how much can we afford."
